Your Choices at a Glance

Corivo Health gives you choices about how your information is used. On this page you can learn how to opt out of marketing communications, opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising, manage cookies, and exercise the privacy rights available to you under the law of your state. For a full description of what we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

• Opt out of marketing emails and texts at any time.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, including through a browser-based opt-out signal.
• Manage cookie preferences for our Websites.
• Access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, depending on your state.

We will never require you to give up these choices in order to use the Services, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Opting Out of Marketing

Email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Corivo marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about your membership, such as billing notices, order and shipping updates, or messages relating to your care and coaching.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any Corivo text message to opt out of that message program. If you are enrolled in more than one type of text program, you may need to opt out of each. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.

Everything else. You can also email privacy@corivohealth.com and ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes by any channel.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To the extent we or our advertising partners use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to deliver Corivo advertising on other websites and apps or to measure our marketing, the laws of certain states may treat this as a "sale" of personal information or as "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. You can opt out using the control below. It takes effect immediately on this browser, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically.

For a durable request tied to your account, or to opt out of the disclosure of your email or other contact information to advertising partners for audience matching, submit the form below (this also applies the opt-out to your current browser) or email privacy@corivohealth.com.

A few things to know: opting out is browser- and device-specific, so if you use multiple browsers or devices, opt out on each. If you clear cookies, you may need to opt out again. After you opt out you will still see advertising, but it will not be tailored to you based on your activity over time. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not disclose your individual eligibility quiz or intake responses to advertising platforms, and we do not use health-related information for targeted advertising for residents of Washington, Nevada, or Maryland.

Cookie Preferences

You can manage the cookies used on our Websites through your browser settings (or email privacy@corivohealth.com for help). Strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the Services to function (such as those supporting login, security, and checkout), cannot be disabled. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies; doing so may affect the availability of certain features.

Exercising Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent you have provided. To exercise these rights:

• Email privacy@corivohealth.com with your name, the email address associated with your account, your state of residence, and the right you want to exercise; or
• Submit a request by emailing privacy@corivohealth.com.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may ask for additional information to do so. We will never ask for your password or full payment card number to verify your identity. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of the agent's written authorization and verification of your identity. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny your request in whole or in part, we will explain why, and where your state provides an appeal right, we will tell you how to appeal.

State-Specific Disclosures

California. California residents have the rights described in the "Additional Information for California Residents" section of our Privacy Policy, including the right to opt out of sale and sharing, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to know, delete, and correct. Use the mechanisms on this page or contact privacy@corivohealth.com.

Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut. Residents of these states have specific rights regarding consumer health data, including rights to access and delete consumer health data and to withdraw consent. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not process consumer health data for targeted advertising for residents of these states except with any consent or authorization their laws require.

Other states. Residents of Colorado, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the rights available under their state's law using the mechanisms on this page.
