So we made the model simple: a flat monthly fee, licensed independent providers who make every medical decision, and coaching that starts on day one and doesn't depend on a prescription.
How we're structured
Stated plainly, because it matters: Corivo Health is a marketing umbrella. We don't provide medical services. Medical care is delivered exclusively by licensed, independent providers through contracted telehealth partners, and coaching is powered by our partnership with Concorde Health.
That separation is deliberate. It keeps every eligibility decision where it belongs: with a clinician, not a marketer.
