When am I charged?
Monthly, on the date you joined. Your first charge happens when you start membership, before any prescription decision, because the membership covers the evaluation and coaching either way.
Is medication cost included?
Yes, if your provider prescribes through the program, medication and shipping are part of the flat monthly price.
How do I cancel?
From your account, anytime. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA?
Corivo doesn't bill insurance. For HSA/FSA eligibility, check with your plan administrator.
