No. Corivo doesn't use insurance at all, one flat monthly fee covers your membership.
Does paying guarantee a prescription?
No, a licensed provider determines eligibility. Membership covers the evaluation and coaching either way.

How long does the assessment take?
About 10 minutes. It's a plain-English health history, not a test.
Medications
What medications does Corivo offer?
Providers may prescribe semaglutide or tirzepatide, each explained in plain English on its treatment page. What's right for you is the provider's call.
Is compounded medication FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. They're made individually rather than reviewed as a mass-produced product. Read more on our Medication Safety Information page.
What's a GLP-1?
A GLP-1 receptor agonist is a medication that mimics a natural hormone that helps regulate appetite. Your provider translates what it means for you.
Can my provider change my medication?
Yes, treatment decisions are made and revisited by your licensed provider during follow-ups.
Coaching
How does coaching work?
Every member gets a coach powered by Concorde Health, weekly check-ins, side-effect navigation, and habit support built around your routine.
Is coaching extra?
No. Coaching is included in every membership, whether or not medication is prescribed.
Who are the coaches?
Coaches come through our partnership with Concorde Health and work alongside, not instead of. Your licensed provider.
How often do check-ins happen?
Weekly by default; your coach adapts the rhythm with you.
Pricing & Billing
What does membership cost?
$399/month, one price covering the provider visit, prescription if eligible, medication and shipping, coaching, and messaging.
When am I charged?
Monthly, on your join date, starting when you begin membership.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
Do you take HSA/FSA?
Corivo doesn't bill insurance; for HSA/FSA eligibility, check with your plan administrator.
Shipping
How does medication arrive?
If prescribed, it ships directly to your door in discreet packaging.
How often do refills ship?
On a regular cadence set by your prescription. You'll always know what's coming and when.
What if a shipment is late or damaged?
Contact support and we'll make it right with the pharmacy partner.

Safety
Who decides if medication is safe for me?
A licensed, independent provider, based on your health history and assessment. Corivo never influences prescribing decisions.
What about side effects?
Your provider covers what to expect for your specific medication, and your coach helps you navigate day to day. Anything concerning goes straight to your provider.

Can I talk to my provider between visits?

Corivo Health currently serves patients in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Corivo Health offers service in the United States only, but based on the therapy and medication being prescribed, there may be restrictions based on state. This will be disclosed and confirmed per therapy and as part of the intake process. In the following states, California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the following physicians will be assigned to you: Dr. Jeffrey Shellenberger and Dr. Marc Serota.
